We wish to advise the Exchange that the news report which appeared in the Oriental Daily newspaper dated 13 December 2004 page C5 under the sub-heading "Leader Universal Dropped the Most" was erroneous.

In the above said article, it was mentioned that our counter LEADER 4529 Main Board Industrial Sector suffered the greatest drop in its share price from RM1.78 to RM1.12 per share.

The statement is inaccurate and is not reflective of LEADER's position nor its current share price traded in Bursa Malaysia
