We wish to advise the Exchange that the news report which appeared in the Oriental Daily newspaper dated 15 July 2004 entitled "Leader Universal Proposing a One into Two Share Split" was erroneous.

Our Company is not proposing any share split nor had issued any statement in relation to the above.

We are also not applying for a transfer to the main board of Bursa Malaysia as we are already listed on the main board.
